STRENGTH

Lift smarter and get stronger with our RA Strength classes, which feature a mix of invigorating TRX and bodyweight exercises. Our TRX classes are taught by seasoned trainers who will help you improve your form and technique. 60% of each 50 minute session will be devoted to TRX, and the rest of the time will be divided between other movements and props including dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio bursts.

The goal of this program is to challenge your muscles and your core to maintain stability, build endurance, improve balance and enhance overall functional strength. At Reform Athletica, in addition to regular group classes and one-on-one sessions, we also offer exclusive TRX strength training classes for women. Our trainers will guide you through all the movements and explain how to use the TRX suspension system safely and effectively.

Personal Training

If you prefer to have one-on-one personalised instruction in any of our modalities, you can sign up for personal training with the trainer of your choice. We offer PT in Reform, Micro, strength, barre, TRX, yoga and any other instructor specialties where our instructors have accredited qualifications. If you speak to Guest Relations and enquire about PT, Guest Relations will liaise with our head of training/discipline to determine next steps and allocate to the most suitable trainer.
