Hello there! You may call me "Mia" from the central upper part of the Philippines. I believe in the saying, 'A coffee a day keeps the grumpy away!' However, more coffee a day keeps
even more grumpy away!! lol
I have more than a decade of experience working in customer service and half of that is in the
fitness industry and I’m loving it so far. Specially now, being part of Reform Athletica makes
me more gratified and planning to stay here for a long period of time. I am a fan of walking
in the park and seashore during sunset, however, as opposite of that – cooking is my time to
be me.
Having a good attitude, being kind to customers, and always staying optimistic are essentials
for providing excellent customer service. Once you touch the customer's heart, you'll
definitely gain their trust and sympathy. Conversely, facing and interacting with different
types of people also helps me become a better person in everyday life.
