Hi, I’m Chanchal! Originally from India, I’ve called Dubai home since 1999. Fitness and wellness have been important to me from a young age, but it wasn’t until 2021 that I embraced teaching as part of my journey.
I’m certified in sound healing, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, deep stretch, meditation, and the Reform Method. At RA, I love guiding individuals through Yoga and the Reform Method, inspiring them to integrate mindfulness and fitness for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
