Originally from Portugal, I bring over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in personal training, boxing coaching, and sports rehabilitation. My career has allowed me to work in a wide range of environments, from charitable organizations to high-end boutique gyms, helping clients of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals.
At RA, I teach Reformer Pilates, Micro, and Strength classes. I enjoy teaching at RA because it challenges me to step outside my comfort zone and continuously grow as a coach, while also connecting with an incredible community of like-minded individuals.
