My name is Louise, born and raised in South Wales in the UK, I am proud to be Welsh. Dubai has now been my home for over a decade and it's where I've truly developed my passion in the fitness industry.

From a young age I have never been able to sit still and have always been eager for movement. At the age of 18 I left home to study Musical Theatre and Dance, which allowed me to have a 5 year career working as a Professional Dancer traveling the world on Cruise Ships, this opened the opportunity for me then to move to Dubai, where I continues to study and develop my skill in the fitness industry, and fall in love even more with helping each client achieve their goals.

What to expect in my class: My Musical Theatre background will absolutely shine through. I am an extremely energised, engaged Instructor that will continue to motivate you through the most challenging sequences. My sequences and transitions are fast paced, designed to keep the Heart rate racing throughout the entire class. That being said, I will ensure each client is performing each movement correctly with plenty of hands on corrections so they get stronger every class, while pulsing alone to some House Beats
