Hey, I’m Larissa! Originally from Brazil, I have always been passionate about movement and physical activity, starting with gymnastics, ballet, Pilates, yoga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu during my childhood. This early interest led me to pursue a degree in Physiotherapy at one of Brazil’s best universities. Even before graduating, I began teaching Pilates and have been dedicated to the practice ever since. In 2021, I obtained my Yoga certification, expanding my expertise to include both Pilates and Yoga. I have been teaching Reform Method, Micro Form, and Yoga at Reform Athletica since March 2023, and I enjoy the challenge each class brings. I love how these disciplines complement one another, allowing me to help clients build strength, stability, and flexibility while nurturing their mental well-being. My goal is to guide my students toward becoming the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.
