Reform Athletica will be offering its Pilates inspired Reform Method classes on the lastest Lagree Megaformer (the “Mega”). The Lagree Method is a multi-faceted workout that combines resistance training and cardio into one comprehensive, balanced system to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body. Balance is created by applying equal focus to all elements of exercise and never prioritizing one facet over another. We believe form is paramount and should always prevail over intensity.
Sebastien Lagree is the inventor of the method as well as the Mega. The method and the Mega work together in harmony, which sets Lagree apart from other fitness philosophies. The Lagree Fitness Method offers a unique twist on traditional exercises such as squats, lunges, planks, and pushups while combining those movements with exercises specific to the Mega.
Varying degrees of spring-based tension allow the Lagree Method to adjust to the user during use. This immediate adaptability creates a tailored experience that is unique to the student. Because of this, Lagree is the ideal method for all ages and fitness levels.
Reform Athletica will be stocking its changing rooms with MALIN+GOETZ amenities.
MALIN+GOETZ was founded by Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz in New York’s Chelsea neighbourhood in March 2004. Their mission was to create Simple Skincare Solutions. They make skincare easy, made to be both gentle and effective, for all skin types, women and men. They manufacture their products with other small, family-run businesses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Working with these loyal local partners, their mission statement has not changed: high quality at affordable prices, with an ever-decreasing carbon footprint. (MALIN+GOETZ) is made in the USA and does not test on animals.
Their local distributer, Apotheca Beauty, is responsible for bringing some of the best cosmetic and skincare brands to the region.
Reform Athletica will be collaborating with East Wing to create a hub of artistic displays at the studio. With a continuous calendar of rolling exhibitions and exciting art talks throughout the year, our clients will be able to exercise and co-exist in an enriching artistic environment with close proximity to some of the greatest artists of our time. In addition to East Wing’s curated pieces, Reform Athletica will be showcasing some of its private collections of art.

Koldpress is a home-grown Dubai based beverage company that uses all-natural ingredients in fully recyclable glass bottles. The system is simple: they cold-press all of their organic-as-can-be vegetables and fruits, that way you get every single drop of goodness that they have, including in the leaves and skin.
What is cold-press you ask? It’s a totally different way of juicing that involves two large steel plates that gently and thoroughly press the ingredients into a juice. The reason it’s called cold pressing is because unlike other methods of juicing, like blending for example, it doesn’t cut the fruit or veg. When the blades chop up your ingredients it creates heat that starts their decomposition off, so in reality, you’ve got about 20 minutes to drink it before it’s turned to natural sugar.
Koldpress’ message: Bring. It. Back. They recycle all of their glass bottles as they believe that our environment is the most important resource we have, and we don’t want to see it littered with plastic any more than it already is.
Having recycled over 12,000 glass bottles to date, Koldpress is making recycling as important as the juice itself. Making it even easier, you can drop them to your local koldpressJUICEko juicery/outlet or they will even come and pick them up from you.
In 2010, Sarah Kauss launched S’well with the mission to rid the world of plastic water bottles. She believed that if a crave-worthy bottle that combined fashion with function was made, people would stop buying disposable bottles, and as a result reduce single-use plastic consumption worldwide. It was an audacious goal, but Sarah believed the world needed S’well. Seven years later, S’well is the fastest growing female-owned company in the US. S’well is making big differences by the amount of plastic they’re keeping out of landfills and our waterways.
Reform Athletica is equally passionate about minimizing its carbon footprint and asks its clients to support this mission by buying and using our own personalized S’well bottles and taking part in making a difference!
S’well’s ongoing mission is to create products that are both beautiful and eco-friendly, that infuse innovation with inspiration, and that continue to give back to communities in need.
